Brava is a set of special equipment where plastic covers are placed over the breasts and enormous suction is applied for 10 hours a day every day for 10 weeks. The covers are held in shape by a bar adjustable as the breasts grow and the suction process is controlled remotely by a "smart box" that emits a piercing alarm whenever the covers are working the way they're supposed to be.
