I heard about this on Sunday via text from McKitten, but it wasn't until Matt D'israeli Brooker-- also a winner!-- showed me the pic at left that I actually believed it-- I was awarded The Eagle for Favorite Newcomer - Writer on Sunday. Which is just brainmelting and great and humbling. Thanks to everyone that voted, except for Gillen, who shouted out that I was a rapist, and thanks to Gentleman Farmer Barry Kitson for accepting the award on my behalf and NOT accusing me of rape while doing so.
